Who we are

Rethink Strategy is a sole proprietorship operated by Thomas "Trey" Sparks, based in Fairhope, Alabama, United States. When this policy says "we," "us," or "Rethink," that is who we mean. You can reach us any time at trey@rethinkstrategy.ai.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site, answer you, and deliver what you ask for.

• Information you send us. When you email us or submit a form, we receive your name, email address, company or website, and whatever you choose to write.
• Tool inputs. Our interactive tools process the values you enter to produce your result. Most tool calculations run in your browser. We do not use tool inputs to identify you unless you separately send them to us.
• Payment information. If you buy something, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. From a completed payment we receive limited details such as your name, email, the product, and the amount.
• Usage and device data. Like most sites, we use analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, browser and device type. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To respond to your questions and follow up on work you ask about.
• To provide, operate, and improve our tools and services.
• To process payments and keep records for tax and accounting.
• To understand which content and tools are useful, and fix what is not.
• To meet legal, tax, and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make the site work, and only as needed:

• Stripe for payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics for site usage measurement. See Google's privacy policy.
• Formspree, which delivers messages you send through our forms. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps standard server and analytics logs.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: essential ones that make the site function, and analytics cookies that help us measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not break the site. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, or as long as the law requires. Contact messages and payment records are kept for our business and tax records. Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis per our analytics settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of analytics as described above. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. To make a request, email trey@rethinkstrategy.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, and we rely on established providers like Stripe for payments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

The site and tools are meant for business use by adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Other sites

Our site may link to other sites we do not control. This policy does not cover them, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our services change. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
